The NUEVE XII Freshman Orientation Camp welcomes all undergraduates matriculating into the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering (SCBE). NUEVE marks the exciting first step into SCBE, where you will get to meet your peers whom you will be sharing your university lives with through 5 days of exciting activities lined up specially for you, from bonding games, to interaction with seniors and faculty staff.

Since 2004, NUEVE is an annual orientation camp organized to welcome freshmen embarking on Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE) or Bioengineering (BIE) in NTU. NUEVE has been a rite of passage for hundreds of freshmen, and 2016 marks the 12th year of NUEVE, and is hence dubbed NUEVE XII. This year, seniors and previous participants of NUEVE for the past years have come together to painstakingly ensure that this camp will be safe and memorable for the freshmen who are joining the SCBE family in AY 2016/17, with the objectives of allowing freshmen to:

- Socialize and meet other students of SCBE, including batchmates, seniors, alumni and the faculty of SCBE - Familiarize themselves with the campus, facilities, resources and services - Get help with administrative and personal matters - Get information about student organisations - Prepare for university life

NUEVE provides an outlet for all SCBE freshmen to meet new friends and forge everlasting bonds with like-minded people, and we guarantee that you willl not only be taking away a good time, but also many unforgettable memories and friendships.
